The product goes through a cooking and conservation process, which includes marinating, sterilizing and vacuum sealing. This yields a product that can be stored in room temperature for up to 12 months from production.

Contact UsWhere do the ingredients come from?
We source quality ingredients mostly from France and throughout Europe. The ingredients are then mixed and prepared at our Marckolsheim site in France.
Do Ensemble products contain any allergens?
Our product contains wheat, and therefore should not be consumed by people with Celiac disease or any other intolerance to wheat or gluten.
Can it be frozen?
Ensemble products can be safely frozen after opening the bag for about 3 months. We recommend to drain and separate the pieces to ensure they freeze evenly. The frozen products can be directly cooked without defrosting.
What is the best way to prepare Ensemble products?
Our products are extremely versatile and can be prepared any way you would prepare regular chicken. With a sauce, breaded or just seared in oil, feel free to be creative!
Are Ensemble products paleo-friendly?
Our products contain wheat and therefore are not suitable for a paleo diet.
Are Ensemble products kosher/halal?
Yes, all our products are kosher and halal certified in the EU. Currently we are affirming these same certifications in the US (Certifications available upon request).
Can Ensemble products be consumed as a part of a keto diet?
A typical ketogenic diet recommends consuming about 20 net carbs per day. Ensemble products contain 5 – 7 net carbs per serving. Depending on how you budget your carbs, they may be suitable for a keto diet. It is up to your individual preference and reason for dieting.
What are the ingredients in Ensemble products?
Ensemble products are made from wheat protein, chickpeas (chickpea flour and whole chickpeas), sunflower oil, potato fibers and vegetable stock (water, salt, vegetable extracts). Our larger formats also include pumpkin seeds, green lentils, dried onions and peppers.
Are Ensemble products suitable for food service?
Yes, our products are easy to prepare and are very versatile. They have a higher yield than regular chicken breast and come either frozen or shelf stable. We offer larger packaging options tailored to food service too. Let’s become food service partners!
Does Ensemble foods sell its products through white/private label?

Are Ensemble products certified plant-based?
All of the Ensemble products are Certified Plant-based by the Plant Based Foods Association, which means that each product consists mainly of ingredients derived from plants and does not contain animal ingredients of any kind.
Are Ensemble products Non-GMO Verified?
All of the Ensemble products are Non-GMO Project Verified! This means they went through a rigorous verification process, ensuring transparency while helping to build a non-GMO food supply.
